Through its polytechnic and job oriented training, it offers women the opportunity to develop their professional, social and intellectual skills and increase their value in the work force. FBPWN has been affiliated with the International Federation of Business and Professional Women (IFBPW) since 1985, and was reregistered with His Majesty's Government as FBPWN in 1991.
