Hatemalo is a non-governmental and non-profit making social organization established in 1994 with the aim of promoting the rights of children in Nepal. This is also a Resource Center for Child Rights Study having long working history of child rights promotion through media mobilization, publication, trainings, research & study and advocacy. Central Child Welfare Board (CCWB) is a statutory body created by the Children's Act 2048 BS (1992). It is charged with the overall responsibility to ensure realization of the rights of the children of Nepal by the state collaborating with civil society as well as national and international development organizations. Established in 2009, YUWA is a registered not for profit, purely youth run and led organization working to promote youth participation through empowerment and advocacy.
